USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement (hereinafter also referred to as the “Agreement”) governs the relationships regarding the use of the features of the company’s website (hereinafter also — “Website” or “Umelo Website”) and the general terms for the possible provision of services between the service provider (hereinafter — “Website Owner”, the company), on the one side, and an individual or legal entity — a Customer who has accepted the terms of this Agreement fully and unconditionally (hereinafter — “Website User”), on the other side. Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party”.
This Agreement and the relationships arising from it are governed by applicable legislation, including the provisions of laws on personal data protection.

General Terms

The following terms and definitions are used in this document and in the related relationships:
a) Umelo Website — an online resource located in the domain of the Website Owner and its subdomains.
b) Agreement — this User Agreement with all amendments and additions.
c) Umelo Website Administration — a person authorized by the Website Owner to perform actions provided for in this Agreement.
d) Visitor — any person who has accessed the Umelo Website and uses its resources to review the posted content.
e) User — an individual or representative of a legal entity who has joined this Agreement.

Any Visitor may voluntarily fill out a registration form and become a User of the Umelo Website. Website contains information and materials about services and products offered, which may be provided to the User upon entering into an agreement. Registration of a User on behalf of a legal entity implies that the specified entity accepts this Agreement in full with all related consequences.
When using the Umelo Website, the User undertakes not to impersonate any other person or employee of Umelo without proper authorization, and not to mislead other Users, the Administration, or third parties about their authority, information about subject.
In case of identifying violations of rights and interests related to the use of the Umelo Website, the User has the right to notify the Website Owner by sending an official notice or message using the contact details listed in the “Contacts” section on umeloagency.com.

Intellectual Property Rights

All information and objects available on the Umelo Website include design elements, textual and graphic content, illustrations, software, databases, music, and video. These are the exclusive property of Umelo and other rights holders. The Website provides the User the right to functionally use these within available capabilities.
Copying, reproduction, distribution, modification, decompilation, or transfer of any materials from the Umelo Website to third parties is prohibited. This is without written consent of Umelo unless otherwise provided by a separate agreement.
The use of information from the Umelo Website for personal, non-commercial purposes is permitted. It requires preservation of copyrights, trademarks, and source references. The integrity of published materials must also be maintained.
The Umelo Website may contain links to third-party resources not controlled by the Website Owner. Umelo is not responsible for content, availability, or consequences of using third-party sites.

Notifications

The Administration and representatives of Umelo have the right to send informational and promotional messages to the User’s email, phone number, or social media pages provided during registration on umeloagency.com.

Final Provisions

This User Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. All disputes arising from its provisions are subject to resolution in court at the location of Umelo.
If any provision of the Agreement is declared invalid, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
This document operates in compliance with personal data protection legislation, including the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other applicable laws.

PRIVACY POLICY of Umelo

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Umelo User Agreement.
It governs the processing of personal data of Users who visit and use the website umeloagency.com and its subdomains.
By using the services of the Umelo Website, the User confirms their consent to this Policy. The User provides written consent for processing personal data for the purposes listed below.

Purposes of Collecting Personal Data

Umelo collects, stores, and processes personal data of the User for:
— identifying the User when submitting forms on the website;
— providing access to Umelo’s services and partner resources;
— feedback communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and promotional materials;

The User agrees that if they do not maintain proper security (for example, leaving passwords in open access), they bear sole responsibility for any consequences.

Additional Terms
